On-Site Priority (After Hours)
$150 ex GST per hour. Minimum charge of 1 Hours applies. Time is charged in 5 Minute intervals.
The On-Site After Hours rate, applies to any on-site work performed after business hours, that is, other than 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday (GMT+08:00) Perth, unless otherwise negotiated.
Examples may include, but are not limited to:
- Network outages (server crash, network hardware failures)
- Payroll or financial report problems
- Data recovery
- Virus clean up
- Hardware upgrades and rebuilds
- Software implementations and upgrades
